    Slow, rude, and hateful staff. I am currently here waiting for 2 tests for my sister. We had appointments made and it has been 3 hours so far. I told them I am not waiting another hour so they need to figure it out. When they took her back for the 2nd one they told me 30 minutes and it has been an hour and a half and counting. This is completely unacceptable.
