Dr. Garlitz has always had a top notch staff. From the time I went with my older sister to her appointments in the 80's, they remembered my mother and myself when I got my own braces in the 90's. Now that I have taken my own children, from the second I told them my name when making an appointment, they knew exactly who I was, 20+ years later! I was very delighted that some of the same staff still works there! Employees who are well taken care of do their jobs with more passion. This was our first time meeting Dr. Campbell, and I was equally impressed with him. His professional opinion about the suggested schedule of orthodontic care for both of my children was actually exactly what I wanted to hear!
